At our BBQ pit, the chef will cook hamburgers, hotdogs, Choice of BBQ chicken or Grilled chicken breast, Italian Sausage with peppers and onions , veggie burgers. Accompanied with grilled corn on the cob, baked beans, and rice. A variety of salads consisting of a tossed green salad, potato salad, beautiful tri color pasta salad and coleslaw. Also includes bread, soda, ice, sliced watermelon and all plasticware.
Also available at additional charge: Shish kabob, pinwheel steaks, London broil, lamb chops, flank steak, baby back ribs, filet mignon.
The Luau

Start with choice of 5 of our traditional entrees. Coconut shrimp, roast pig (displayed whole), loin of pork, beef stir fry, Hawaiian chicken, shrimp with pea pods, chicken kabobs with pineapple, Chinese ribs, beef kabobs. Accompanied with chips and salsa, fresh corn on the cob, fried rice, tossed green salad, fresh fruit with pineapple, soda, ice and all plasticware.
Also available: Tiki bar stocked with beer, soda, Pina Colada, Daiquiri, Margarita mixers, blenders and one of our experienced bartenders. Hawaiian table clothes and plasticware. $49.00 per person + 18% gratuity
